Service-Based Policy
Varnorexzim provides custom design services for clothing and accessories. As our services involve creative work tailored specifically to each client's needs, our return policy differs from traditional product returns.
Return Timeframe
Due to the nature of our design services, the following timeframes apply:
- Before Work Commences: Full refund available if cancellation occurs before any design work begins
- During Concept Phase: Cancellation requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving initial concepts
- After Approval: Once you approve a design concept and we proceed to detailed work, cancellation terms apply as specified in your project agreement
- After Final Delivery: No returns or refunds are available after final designs have been delivered and accepted
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a refund or cancellation, the following conditions must be met:
- Written cancellation request must be submitted via email within the specified timeframe
- No use of delivered designs or concepts in any commercial or personal capacity
- All project materials and files must be returned or deleted if requested
- Refund requests must specify the reason for cancellation
- Any completed work must not have been used, modified, or distributed
Return Shipping Costs
As we provide digital design services, there are no physical products to return. However, the following applies:
- No shipping costs apply to service cancellations or refunds
- If physical samples or materials were provided, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the client unless the return is due to our error
- Digital file delivery and access costs are included in our service fees
Return Process
To initiate a return or cancellation:
- Contact us via email with your project details and cancellation request
- Provide your project reference number or order information
- State the reason for cancellation and desired resolution
- We will review your request within 3-5 business days
- If approved, we will process the refund according to our refund procedure
- You will receive confirmation of the cancellation and refund processing
Non-Returnable Items
The following items and services are not eligible for return or refund:
- Completed and approved final designs that have been delivered
- Designs that have been used, modified, or distributed by the client
- Work completed beyond the initial concept phase if cancellation occurs after approval
- Rush or expedited service fees if work has already commenced
- Consultation fees for completed consultation sessions
- Third-party costs or expenses already incurred on your behalf
General Legal Requirements
This return policy complies with applicable consumer protection laws:
- We honor all legal requirements for service cancellations in your jurisdiction
- Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected by this policy
- This policy applies in addition to, not in replacement of, your legal rights
- If you are located in the European Union, you may have additional rights under EU consumer protection laws
- Disputes will be resolved in accordance with our Terms of Use and applicable law
Order Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order or project under the following circumstances:
- Before Work Begins: Full cancellation with full refund of any payments made
- Within 24 Hours of Order: Full cancellation if no work has commenced, subject to verification
- After Work Commences: Partial cancellation based on work completed, with refund of unused portion
- Force Majeure: Cancellation due to circumstances beyond either party's control will be handled on a case-by-case basis
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing and will be processed according to the terms of your project agreement.
Refund Procedure
If your refund request is approved, the following procedure applies:
- We will send you a written confirmation of the approved refund
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the transaction
- Processing time is typically 5-10 business days from approval
- You will receive an email notification once the refund has been processed
- Bank or payment processor processing times may vary and are beyond our control
- If the original payment method is no longer available, we will contact you to arrange an alternative refund method
Refund amounts will be calculated based on work completed, project phase, and terms outlined in your project agreement.
Project Revisions
We are committed to your satisfaction with our design work. Each project includes a specified number of revision rounds as outlined in your project agreement:
- Initial concepts are presented for your review and feedback
- Revisions are made based on your input within the agreed scope
- Additional revisions beyond the agreed number may incur extra charges
- Major scope changes may require a new project agreement
Quality Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our work:
- All designs meet professional industry standards
- Technical specifications are accurate and production-ready
- We will correct any errors in technical drawings at no additional cost
- If designs have fundamental flaws, we will work with you to resolve them
Project Delays
If we fail to meet agreed-upon deadlines without valid reason:
- You may request expedited delivery at no additional charge
- In cases of significant delays, partial refunds may be considered
- Force majeure events may affect timelines and are not grounds for refunds
Intellectual Property
Design ownership and usage rights:
- Upon full payment, designs become your intellectual property
- We retain the right to showcase work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed
- Preliminary concepts not selected remain our property
- You may not claim refunds while using completed designs
Dispute Resolution
If you are unsatisfied with our services:
- Contact us immediately to discuss concerns
- We will work with you to find a fair resolution
- Mediation may be pursued before any legal action
- Our goal is always client satisfaction while being fair to both parties
